These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Drago, the AI assistant for Lanzarote operated by ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL (Spanish VAT B27646694) and accessible at https://drago.atomtech.es. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance
Use of the service entails full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, which form an indivisible part of this agreement.
2. Service description
Drago is a conversational assistant based on generative artificial intelligence. It enables you to look up information about places, events, food, activities, cinema, news and other useful information about the island of Lanzarote. The service is free and may evolve without prior notice to add, modify or remove features.
3. Eligibility
To use Drago you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you are not authorised to use the service or to provide personal data. Drago is not directed at minors under 16 and does not perform processing specifically designed for them.
4. User account
To access personalised features you may sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from the Account section inside your profile.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or those contrary to morals and public order; (b) impersonate any other person; (c) attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access; (d) reverse-engineer, mass-scrape, or run abusive automation (bots) or any action that could overload the infrastructure; (e) attempt to manipulate the AI model to produce unlawful, offensive, child-sexual, violent, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; (f) use the service to send spam or to carry out unauthorised marketing activities.
6. AI-generated content
Drago's replies are produced by artificial intelligence models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or reflect unintended biases. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Before taking important decisions verify the information in official sources. ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL does not warrant the accuracy or truthfulness of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual property
The application, the Drago brand, its design, code and curated contents are owned by ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL. The questions you write and the history of your conversations belong to you; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and free licence to store and process them exclusively to provide you with the service and, in an aggregated and anonymous form, to improve it.
8. Third-party services
Drago integrates third-party services (Google for sign-in, Anthropic for the language model, Hetzner for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and protection, Umami for analytics). Using Drago means your interactions are also processed by these services under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a risk to the service or to third parties, or if required by a competent authority. You may also stop using Drago and delete your account at any time from your profile.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is» and «as available». To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, damage to life or physical integrity, or consumer rights that are inalienable by law.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version with its update date will always be published. If changes are material we will highlight them in the application. Continuing to use Drago after a new version is published is equivalent to acceptance.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Arrecife (Lanzarote), unless consumer protection regulations establish a different mandatory venue. As a consumer you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
