This Legal Notice governs the access to and use of Drago, available at https://drago.atomtech.es. The operator complies with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE) by providing the following information.

2. Purpose
Drago is an AI-powered conversational assistant focused on tourist, cultural, and practical information about the island of Lanzarote. The service is currently provided free of charge, without prejudice to premium or paid features that may be introduced in the future, in which case users will be notified in advance.
3. Access and use conditions
Access to the service is free of charge. Certain features require creating an account through Google sign-in. The user undertakes to make diligent use of the service, in accordance with the law, morals, public order and the remaining legal documents published in the Legal section.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All site contents (texts, images, trademarks, logos, source code, design and information architecture) are owned by ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL or by their respective right holders and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. The «Drago» brand and its distinctive signs are owned by ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party pages or services (e.g. maps, social networks or official sites of activities such as Ironman Lanzarote). ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites. We recommend reviewing their terms before using them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Drago provides the service «as is», with reasonably required diligence. It does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, viruses or data loss arising from causes outside its control. Replies generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate or outdated; the user is responsible for verifying information before making important decisions. ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the service except where the law mandates otherwise.
7. Modifications
ATOMTECH CONSULTING SL reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice and the other legal documents, as well as the service features, at any time. Modifications take effect from publication on the site. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the new terms.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from use of the service shall be resolved by the Courts of Arrecife (Lanzarote), unless consumer protection regulations impose a different mandatory venue.
